Conference Fees Include:
Full registration: includes all breaks, Sunday new member/welcome reception, Monday opening session, breakout/training session(s), exhibit hall, Tuesday Candidate Forum luncheon, Tuesday Council of Presidents' meeting and Wednesday continental breakfast and closing luncheon.
Guest registration: includes all breaks, Sunday new member/welcome reception, exhibit hall, Tuesday Candidate Forum luncheon and Wednesday continental breakfast and closing luncheon. Does not include any opening session, breakout/training session(s) or Council of Presidents' meeting. A GUEST CANNOT BE A LICENSED BAIL AGENT.
Passes can be purchased for either Monday, February 24 OR Tuesday, February 25.
Monday pass includes the opening session and the exhibit hall. Tuesday pass includes breakout/training sessions, Council of Presidents' meeting and the exhibit hall. Passes do not include any meal event and can be purchased for one day only.

Exhibitor Information: NOTE: PBUS reserves the right to deny an exhibitor based on association guidelines.
Exhibitor contracts, the exhibit hall schematic and booth assignment process are located in the side bar to the right, which is updated as booth assignments are contracted. A map of the conference space is also available. Exhibitors should review the schematic and booth assignment process before completing the exhibitor contract. Booth locations are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that potential exhibitors may be turned away if they would be placed near or next a competitor.
Membership Meeting Notice:
PBUS will hold a membership meeting on Monday, February 24, 2020 in the afternoon and it will be reconvened on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 for the elections; changes to the bylaws may be made. Members do not have to be registered for the conference to attend the membership meetings; security will let non-registered members into the membership meetings as they begin.
Candidate Forum Luncheon:
A Candidate Forum will be held the day prior to the elections, Tuesday, February 25, 2020, for the purpose of allowing candidates who are opposed to make a campaign statement; the Forum will commence after the luncheon concludes. Presidential candidates will be given three minutes for comments to the membership; other candidates facing opposition will be given two minutes for comments to the membership. Unopposed candidates will be introduced only. Members do not have to be registered for the conference to attend the Candidate Forum; security will let non-registered members into the Forum after the luncheon has concluded.
Elections will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 for a new PBUS Board of Directors. There will be three calls for nominations: the first call was posted in the PBUS News Update and on the PBUS website. The second call for nominations will occur from the floor of the membership meeting on Monday, February 24, 2020. After the second call, the membership meeting will be recessed until it is reconvened on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at which time the third call will occur and nominations will be closed and the election held. The President's luncheon will be held prior to the elections; the lunch ticket is part of the registration fee; ADDITIONAL lunch tickets can be purchased, but are based on availability.
PBUS For Women Only (FWO):
The FWO committee will be hosting a luncheon at the winter conference on Monday, February 24, 2020 from 11:30-1:15 pm. The popular FWO raffle will be held again. Donated raffle items are needed so please let Committee Chair Davie Westmoreland know if you are able to donate anything. Davie can be emailed at email@example.com. Please bring raffle items with you as shipping them to the Luxor will incur storage fees; please do not send raffle items to the PBUS home office as they will not be shipped to the venue.
FWO tickets are not part of the registration fee and must be purchased separately. Tickets will be based on limited availability and sales will cease when room capacity has been reached. Men are invited to attend as well! Special guest speaker will be Bernard Kerik, an accomplished leader in law enforcement, correction and national security. He served as New York's 40th Police Commissioner, in command of the NYPD on September 11, 2001. Mr. Kerik is also the former First Deputy and Commissioner of the New York City Department of Correction, overseeing the jail system, including Rikers Island, the largest and most violent jail system in the country at that time.
The pre-ticket price is $75 per person; onsite price, which will begin on Sunday, February 23, 2020 will be $85 per person. You can purchase lunch tickets with your registration or HERE.
PBUS Poker Tournament: Tentative
Join us for the 3rd Annual PBUS poker tournament held on Sunday, February 23, 2020 beginning at 7:00 pm in the Mandalay Bay Poker Room. The poker tournament is a fun way to socialize with other bail professionals and gives you the opportunity to walk away with cash. The cost of the tournament is $100 per person payable at the door. Sixty (60) seats are available with the opportunity for other players to purchase alternate seats. The tournament will offer unlimited re-buys within the first hour if a player gets knocked out. Please arrive early to get your seat for this event as the tournament will start promptly at 7:00 pm. Contact PBUS member Joey McVety at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Continuing Education Credit and CBA Plaque
Continuing education credit is available for full conference registrants only and will be applicable for the Monday opening session or Tuesday's Council of Presidents' meeting; cost is $100 per credit. A student/instructor verification form must be signed by the attendee and a PBUS Board of Director.
A CBA plaque may be purchased for $100 for those individuals who have taken and passed all six CBA courses; plaque will be awarded at the closing President's luncheon. Deadline for ordering a plaque is January 6, 2020.
